FAQ
What is your cancellation policy? Guests may cancel their Booking until 48 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
What is your food and beverage policy? Outside food and beverages allowed.
Do you have Restrooms and Facilities on site? We have 4 restroom for on location. Restrooms have water fountains at the exit.
Do you have Parking on site? There is a large parking lot surrounding the building with ample parking for you and your guests.
What AV Equipment is available? The Spotlight is equipped with Speakers, Mixer, Microphones, A Projector and a Haze Machine.
Are there any other rules for AV and music? DJs allowed, Live Music is allowed and Amplified music is allowed.
Does your space have quiet hours? This space is available 24/7. So there is no quiet hours although we expect sound to be maintained within reasonable and comfortable limits for guests.
Are Pets Allowed? No, pets are not allowed in the facility.
Are Ticketed Events allowed? Yes, Ticketed events are allowed.
What if I our event ends later than the scheduled time? We will always have a staff assigned for your event. Depending on the studio availability we may allow you to extend all rentals and add on services for the next time bracket available.
General Rules? Please NO SMOKING during your time at the studio. NO CONFETTI. NO GLITTER. Please follow social distancing practices and be safe. It is important that you leave the space how you found it OR better than you found it. There are Lysol wipes in the lobby. Wipe down any props, equipment, tabletops, and handles used during your time at the studio. Pick up or sweep any trash throughout the studio. A tall plastic black bin is available at the entry door for garbage.
Security Cameras? We have Ring cameras in the space facing the entry door and the production/event space. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited!!
Photo and Video recording for Promotional Purpose? We occasionally have assigned staff capture candid photos and video for studio promotional media. If you wish not to be recorded please let us know ahead of time.
